چکیده
A factorial experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of L-Carnitine and fenofibrate on broilers. There were four replicates treatments, with each replicate including ten male Ross 308 broiler chickens. The over a 42-day period. treatments consisted two levels (200 400 mg/kg) (50 100 as supplements basal diet. Growth, carcass characteristics, serum constituents, immune system responsiveness, cecal microflora, sensory attributes fatty acid profiles breast meat, small intestine histology characterized. During finishing period, chickens fed diet containing mg/kg 50 or had lower feed intake andfeed conversion ratio (FCR) higher weight than other treatments. Application in combination reduced ventricular fat (P <0.05), cholesterol <0.01), triglycerides very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) <0.05). These increased antibody titers against Newcastle disease (ND)and avian influenza virus (AIV). Among properties experimental significant effect only its aroma In general, supplementing broilers is recommended.

Effect of Dietary L-Carnitine Supplementation with Animal Fat on Carcass Characteristics of Broiler Chicken
Study was carried out to find out the effect of L-carnitine supplementation on carcass characteristics in Venncobb broiler chicks fed with diet containing animal fat. Eighty day old commercial broiler chicks were randomly allotted to two treatment groups (T1 and T2) with four replicates of ten chicks each. The birds were fed with standard broiler chicken ration (BIS, 1992) containing 5% animal ...
متن کاملDietary L-carnitine supplementation increases antigen-specific immunoglobulin G production in broiler chickens.
The usefulness of supplementary dietary L-carnitine as an immunomodulator to increase antigen-specific antibody levels was analysed in 2-6-week-old broilers. The chickens received commercial feeds either unsupplemented (starter feed 17.8 mg carnitine/kg, finisher diet 22.9 mg carnitine/kg) or supplemented with L-carnitine (100 mg carnitine/kg added to feed). At 14 d of age, both groups were dis...

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of ractopamine, coenzyme Q and L-carnitine, 10 individually and in combination, on the hematological parameters of broiler chickens. A total of 512 one day-old male broiler chickens (Ross 308) were randomly divided to eight treatment groups. Each group had four replicates with 16 birds per each. The present study evaluated effects of 0.0%, 0.5%, 0.75% and 1.0% L-threonine in diet on performance and gastrointestinal tract development in broiler chickens during summer. From 0 to 42 days old, body weight gain was greater in 0.75% L-threonine fed birds than in 0.0% and 0.5% L-threonine fed birds (P0.05). During the growth period, 0.75% L-threonine fed birds had the highest body weight gain...
